Al Samy Marine & Petroleum Services has obtained Environmental Approval (C) No. 761, dated
June 3, 2022, from the Environmental Affairs and Expansion Agency.
The company specializes in the collection and transportation of solid and liquid waste, organic
and inorganic waste, hazardous and non-hazardous waste, hazardous medical waste, and
grinding and sterilization products throughout Egypt. Its services also cover waste generated
from non-refinable oil and natural gas drilling operations at oil companies, as well as waste
generated by marine vessels, transporting it from its point of generation to approved and safe
disposal facilities across Egypt, including seaports, dry ports, public and private free zones,
and maritime agencies.The company employs trained personnel across all areas of its
operations and is equipped with the necessary machinery and equipment to perform its
services efficiently. With its extensive experience, skilled workforce, and operational capabilities,

AL Samy for Transport, Environmental Services and Contracting
The company holds Environmental Approval (C) No. 667, issued on March 30, 2016, by the
Environmental Affairs Agency, with Expansion Approval No. 3011,issued on March 30, 2020. It
also holds Medical Approval (B) No. 1158, issued on March 31, 2023, for the transportation of
hazardous medical waste, shredding and sterilization products, and incinerator ash throughout
Egypt, with Expansion Approval No. 2216, issued on July 16, 2023. The company specializes in
transporting solid, liquid, organic, inorganic, hazardous, and non-hazardous waste nationwide.
With trained personnel, specialized equipment, and extensive experience, the company delivers
its services efficiently and in compliance with applicable requirements.
1-Waste management
- Contaminated Water from Production OperationsPort Quay Walls & Berths
The company has contracts and cooperation protocols with leading wastewater treatment plants serving the natural gas, oil, and industrial sectors, enabling the
delivery of safe and efficient waste management services. The company has also worked as a subcontractor for Petrojet since 2017, in addition to providing
waste management services for Petrobel and DP World Sokhna.
- Transport & Safe Disposal of Hazardous Waste
The company has partnered with Ansol Engineering Solutions to transport and safely dispose of waste generated from chemical cleaning operations at power
station tanks in Al-Burullus, West Assiut, Al-Walidiya, and Al-Kureimat. It also provides waste transportation services across the Eastern, Central, and Northern
Delta regions and their respective governorates.
The company is under contract, and there are cooperation protocols with the landfills, Egypt Green Dump in Damietta to dispose of waste resulting from the work of
the Petrobel Company and the American Chevron Egypt Company – West Port Said neighborhood dump to dispose of waste resulting from the work of Petrojet
Company, Zohr field) , a beauty device. Suez to dispose of waste resulting from the work of DP World in Sokhna, the Al-Alamin device dump for disposing of waste
resulting from the work of Porto Marina Village
2-Supplies
The company supplies a wide range of chemicals, quarry materials, drinking water, demineralized water (DM water), fire-fighting water, safety equipment, and
spare parts for heavy equipment and vehicles. It also provides general and technical manpower and supplies other products and materials covered by its
commercial registration.
The company also manufactures furniture for Petrojet, including single and double wooden beds produced according to the company’s requirements, in addition to
providing various housekeeping services.
3-Construction and contracting
The company has contributed to major infrastructure and construction projects, including the development of the Zohr Gas Field. In cooperation with Misr Remont,
the company participated in the construction of 1,881 piles, and worked with Siay Funk Drilling on the field’s infrastructure and foundation works, including a total
of 7,000 piles in the current phase.
The company has also collaborated with Enjaz on soil dewatering and pipeline installation for several projects, including the Pharaonic Line Project, covering
approximately 6 km. Its capabilities also extend to construction and power station works, including Stations No. 650 and 900 within the Zohr field, as well as the
construction of 250 rooms for Misr Maintenance Company.

1-pest control work
The company employs a team of highly trained and qualified technicians specializing in the control and extermination of insects and rodents, using effective and

Engineer, ensuring full compliance with safety, environmental, and health standards.
In addition, the company has established long-term contracts with leading national companies, including Hassan Allam and Petrojet, through which it is fully
responsible for implementing rodent and insect control programs, as well as comprehensive disinfection and sterilization services across various sites and
facilities.

Funk Drilling Company on the infrastructure works of the Zohr Field during the foundation piling phase, with a total of 7,000 piles, which is the phase currently
being implemented.
